Eligibility: This contest is open to all legal residents of Alberta who are at least 21 years of age. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Cook County Saloon, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, and the web design, advertising, fulfillment, legal, administrative, and contest agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment, and execution of this Contest, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or “step” of each) and those living in the same households of such persons (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the contest) are not eligible to participate.
No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Entry Period: The contest begins at the start of the Thursday Night Football game on September 7th and ends immediately after the game September 28, 2023. All entries must be received within this period to be eligible.
Prize: The winner will receive a trip to Las Vegas, details to be specified. Flights, accommodations, and other specifics will be detailed at the time of winning.
Selection: The winner will be selected in-house on September 28th after the Thursday Night Football game. The decision is final and binding.
Travel Requirements: The winner must possess valid travel documents and be able to travel to the United States. Any and all travel-related expenses, including but not limited to, transfer fees, insurance, spending money, and any other related costs are the sole responsibility of the winner unless otherwise specified.
Release: By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Cook County Saloon, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, and all others associated with the development and execution of this contest, from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising out of or in connection with the contest or any product purchased, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by entrant or a third party.
General: By entering this contest, participants agree to abide by these official rules. Cook County Saloon reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of these official rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Governing Law: This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these official rules shall be governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
